Does anybody have ideas for what to put salsa on besides corn chips? I
love hot salsa, and there is a large Fiery Foods Festival coming up this
month where there are hundreds of salsas up for competition. I would
love to go and try all the salsas, but I can't think of anything I could
bring to put salsa on. I suppose some vegetables would work, but they
are certainly different from corn chips. Something like chicken fingers
or other meat would be good too, but I am looking for something easy to
carry around all day, and that isn't too filling. I would probably need
20 lbs of chicken fingers to try all the salsas. OTOH, if I ate a bunch
of corn chips on a single day, what kind of impact would it have? Is it
a big deal? I have gone without corn for longer than I can remember,
many months at least.
