My point was that my ability to let my body tell me when I have eaten
enough
depends upon not confusing it with sugars, seasonings and by not
mixing a bunch
of foods in one meal. Cooking can also be confusing. The more foods
are
processed will make it more difficlt also.

I was very surprised at the attitude of others, even other meat
eaters. I can
make it less obvious by aging it in the refrigerator. Then I can say
that it is
left over roast-the cut of meat I buy rather than the method of
preparation.

When I am out I usually leave out the grains, legumes and stick to
proteins,
vegetables and fruits.
