Zits may be paleo. ;) A whole heckuvalot of video I have seen of
traditional cultures includes huge pimples in strategic locations,
especially the face.

FWIW, I had pimples (worse than typical for me) for a couple years after
going instincto--then they fell off completely, and haven't returned even
though I am paleo (cooked and raw) not instincto for the last few years
(after over 8 years all-raw).

I have no idea what that all means, so don't ask, eh? ;)
