Yes, some have had numbers worsen.

Mine improved.  Five years after paleo, eating all the natural fat I want,
my cholesterol was 165, HDL was 63, LDL was 94, triglycerides 51.  Glucose
92.

Kristina,

Thanks for sharing this. Your impressive levels (especially for
triglycerides and that great HDL cholesterol level!), along with the length
of time you've been eating paleo, were helpful to me. I needed more numbers
to soothe my concerns about this way of eating!

Which brings to mind a question I've had for a while: has anyone seen their
numbers get worse eating this way?
