Hi all.
Its me, "newbie" Katy with another question:

I wonder about how many "moderns", eating Paleo
have had DEXA (bone scans) to confirm any
changes in bone mineral density.

I have very MILD osteopenia. Eating paleo will
hopefully correct this. But will it? I guess I'd
rely on a DEXA scan after say one or two years
of being on a paleo diet.

Comments appreciated,
Katy
