The necessary ingredient with spinach [or vegetables like it] is fat because
Vit A is a fat soluble vitamin.... although.....  on another note, speaking
of fat, dairy and spinach, I remember Todd discussing calcium and high fat
turning to soap....   I don't really know if the latter applies but I wish
Todd would elaborate on it as I found it interesting....    have been
curious about this since it was mentioned.  Helloooooooooooh Todd....
