>>Hello Lorenzo & List,
 >>Dr Linus Pauling is perhaps the greatest chemical
scientist the USA produced in the 20th Century. His great
work on molecular /bonding

Pauling also studied and recommended certain amounts of
other vitamins; Including a good discussion of maximum
doses.

A careful reading of his books will reveal that he
considered sugar a bad food.

In a bulletin on the net-one that I can not find anymore-
He recommended Lysine along with C to prevent heart attack.

His books are pleasant to read as he tries to present both
sides of the Vitamin controversy in an unbiased manner-- in
this age when many writers think we can not recognize bias.

Regards, Lorenzo
