Hello Laura.

I've used this salt before, but can no longer find a distributor
nearby. (I called the company--the closest mail-order source is not
worth the shipping charges.) It is, however, MUCH cheaper than Celtic
from the Grain and Salt Society. I've stuck with the Celtic though,
rationalizing that it is probably closer to what my European ancestors
ingested, and that the harvesting techniques appear to preserve the
product more in its natural state. (Silly of me to rationalize this
way
when I'm dirt poor but, hey, all of us here are a "little" neurotic
about our diet in some way;-) Welcome to the muddle...

Lois
