Hi, Ann.  Welcome to the list.  I don't have MS, but do have post-polio and
began eating paleo about four years ago; my dog is paleo too.

I cannot attribute my "success" entirely to the diet, but can tell you that
five years ago I had to buy a scooter to use for shopping, walks, etc. but
was able to sell it this summer.  I have built enough muscle to enable me to
have a better quality of life.

Hopefully, you will find that eating paleo without any sugars, additives,
etc. will be of great benefit to you.

BTW, I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan in the summers and New Mexico in the
winters.
