Hi Moira,

>Do grains change the fat of the animal?

I eat my grassfed cowmeat with gusto. It is yellow and fine. The grainfed
fat that I use for making soap is inedible, chalky and smells when I cook it.
It is said that feeding grains to cows is contributing to e coli and mad
cow disease. If grains give us schizophrenia and degeneration, the cows
must be pretty sick too.

All the best,
Susan
