Lots of stuff in the archives on salt. I happen to believe most paleo people
were seashore dwellers, and got a fair bit of salt. I have seen so much
conflicting 'science' on salt that I pretty much ignore the issue and use
salt as I please. Salt may increase blood pressure, or it may not. I have
not ever seen any science that shows higher salt in diets reduces life span.
