Fish is a case in point.

As I understand it, the insulin index is quite spurious [probably why it is
shown as a chart you need to see with a microscope ]
since when protein is consumed the insulin response is matched by glucagon
release. hence no hypoglycemia. however you may have other info on fish
specifically, do you?
