It isn't at all like Atkins - far too many allowable carbs as well as
the big NO Nos like sugar, honey, potato flour , fruit juices etc.

Maybe more like Somersizing, Fred Pescatore's diet for kids, Montignac ,
Slimming world "red" diet etc.
