   Another big source of depression is anger turned inward, which happens to
a lot of people who were unable to express their rage at being abused or
neglected when they were children.  (Can also be related to current
perpetrators.)  In the Toxic Mind Theory mentioned by Jean Claude awhile
back, this aspect is dealt with beautifully, I think.  I'm not an "expert"
but I'd highly recommend this type of self-therapy (based on my own
excellent results with it) to anyone who finds that making the food/mood
connection is not the end of the problem for them
  The site is One-List "Depression-Anxiety".  The founder also happens to be
a proponent of the RAF diet, which for the uninitiated, is kind of a raw
version of Paleo w/raw meat.
