My reply:
Look for Aubrey Organics B5 Design Gel.  This co makes great body care
products without all the chemicals.  I don't spike my hair, but I do use
this product for a simple wash and wear "do."  Aubrey makes great shampoo,
conditioners, deoderants, etc.  No propelene glycol, or dangerous
ingredients.
