As I said before, if you can find a more accurate source of
nutritional data, I'd be glad to know about it.  The fact that
the USDA supports the food pyramid is not in itself a good reason
to believe that their nutritional analysis data are wrong.  If
you're fishing for reasons not to eat grain-fed beef, there are
surely plenty of other things to pick on, such as the high level
of saturates.
