Definitely read:

"The Protein Power Lifeplan" by Michael R. Eades, MD and Mary Dan Eades, MD

This is the latest Paleo Diet information, more extensive and detailed than
Neanderthin, but nevertheless easy to read.

(if you are familiar with their previous book "Protein Power", since the
publication of that book, they have gone entirely into the Paleo "camp", and are
doing further research concerning the likely nutritional breakdown of the diet
of Paleo man.)
