I love my Vibrams... I got them when I was pregnant. I had been getting severe back pain and within 2 days of wearing the Vibrams, the pain went away (to never be seen again). I know own 4 pairs (my DH has 6). And as we're in Australia, they are a bit more than $70 for us, but still worth it. I'll never wear conventional shoes again unless it is absolutely necessary. I wore my KSO's with my 'dressy' outfit for dinner the other day... DH wears his to work.

I don't normally promote brands, but there are so few barefoot-style shoes
beyond some moccasins and sandals that I'll add that the Vivo Barefoot shoes
are also good and look more like standard shoes so I can wear them more
places, including work. They are twice the price, however and the demand for
them is huge so there is quite a wait to get many of the shoes they sell.

I've started seeing a couple other lower-quality brands try to capitalize on
the growing craze for barefoot-style shoes, and there will likely be many
more to come. I doubt I'll ever buy a shoe with a heel on it again.
