Raw fats in most any form seem to have high calories. I have found suet
from red meat to be most satisfying and filling. Cashew nuts are high in
calories too. Sunflower seeds, etc. If you eat "tons" of steak then
that will tend to burn body fats and lower your weight (from fats). I
have a question, if you don't mind. Could you say why you are
interested in eating that amount of calories? Do you wish to gain
muscle mass and/or body fat? I'm not convinced that attempting to meet
the written caloric guidelines of a (probably) non-paleo diet is a
healthy activity. I think eating instinctively works best at supplying
the body what it needs and wants. Forcing the calories upon the body
can only disrupt the body's natural order it seems to me.

Thanks and regards,
