Out of lurkdom-
Thanks for recommending that article. It mentioned that "Ron increased his
bone density signifcantly by taking magnesium supplements alone."

Does that mean he didn't do all/any of the other things you recommend in the
article? Could you say how much Magnesium, what kind, and for how long?

Thanks for your help- I have been diagnosed with osteopenia and am looking
for solutions.
