With respect, I have a hard time thinking of eggs as unPaleo when so many
species dine on eggs of darn near any bird or reptile, without seeming to
separate white from yolk.
The research upon which I've relied, which I cannot quote because I only
read and note for myself, seems to indicate that biotin is taken in in much
larger quantities, at least in an ideal diet, than egg white might be able
to do in, especially on an occasional consumption schedule. But, as I've
implied above, I can't believe that instinct would drive us or any other
animal regularly to eat something deleterious to health.
