What does that have to do with the price of tea in China?  Of coarse cattle
don't have an instinct it kill and eat humans.  Cattle are herbivores.  If
you feed a cow meat you creating a situation that can bring disaster.

No, I don't have that instinct, but that is from training not natural
instinct. I would feel different if I grew up in a hunter/gatherer tribe.
Most hunter/gatherer groups (and me) would rather animals not suffer.
