First off I am going to assume that I madeup the sarcasm here. Because if you meant this how I read it the comment was rude. Obviously not having them in daycare would prevent all of these problems. I took time off of a job to stay home after my son was born and was home with them for a little over a year. While we all enjoyed this time together I was not able to stay home for financial reasons. My husband makes decent money but we live in a high cost area (Northern VA) and it just was not enough to get by and then scramble if we had an emergency and needed extra cash. I went back to work for this reason. I would much rather be a full time mom to my children but I cannot afford it. I do enjoy working as well. I am a Network Engineer and find it stimulating work where sometimes I would really go crazy doing laundry and playing peekaboo all day. But again, given the choice I would stay home at least until my children were older. So, lets not get into this whole good mom bad mom thing about me being a working parent. I do it because I have to and this is the situation I am in. I am a very good parent to my children and I love them and posts like this anger me because they make me feel as if you are questioning my devotion to my children.

Again, I could have read it wrong. Either way of course I realize not having them in daycare would solve this. But, in my world right now that is not an option. So, lets move on.

Melissa
