I don't know how they do it and presume that cocoa butter used in skincare
products  are most likely too denatured to be good for you . The processes
involved in "edible oils " are allready unhealthy enough , but may be the
cocoa butter might be extracted with less violence because they don't waste
the left over so don't care about extracting as much as possible.
