I just compared human milk composition vs. cow milk. Despite differences in
almost all microelements and vitamins the macronutritions composition made
me think.

In human's milk we've got:
Protein 1 g
Fat 4,3 g
Carbs 6,9

In cow's (3,2% milk):
Protein 3,2 g
Fat 3,3 g
Carbs 4,6 g

What strikes me is that cow is a carb eater (or am I wrong) but human milk
is higher in carbs. In a unprocessed cow's milk fat % is probably higher.

Human milk is a high carb food ~(ar. 40% cal from carbs).

I've read that human milk composition in Western countries is different than
milk of women from native nations. The "real" human milk was supposed to be
higher in fat and lower in carbs.
If it's true it may explain somehow our addiction to carbs since from the
birth we are given the wrong fuel.I have to complain to my mother :)
