Good theory Todd. Now that you mention it, I can
remember eating lots of liver as a small child (late
50's, early 60's). Possibly because it hadn't been
*too* many years since the Depression, and my parents
still had strong memories of it. By the time I reached
my teenage years (70's), liver had dropped completely
from their menu.
