KCl instead of NaCl... ok why not.
I prefer to get my K from living beeings which contain plenty of K.

However I checked your link, and though I read the h-ion explanation
I couldn't find it plausible what a H- ion would be.
I think, that's just an electron.
H is just a proton(+) and a electron(-) what should a additional electron do
there? H- sounds like a hypothesis, basically prooving the existence of
electrons.

The water sources mentioned (mountain springs etc) of course would be best.
