Agreed.  Trying to put hard-and-fast ratios just doesn't take into
consideration season nor years of famine/years of feast.  From everything
I've read over the years, our bodies don't even work that way--nutrition is
something that needs to be balanced over a matter of days and weeks, not
hours or meals.
