Yet when I started eating more protein and went easy on grains my
nights changed, spontaneously, from 8 hours' sleep to six, and have
stayed there.

If I cheat and eat starch, I fall asleep in the chair in front of the
TV.

I wonder what the sleep researchers are eating. I haven't slept 10
hours since I was a teenager having a growth spurt.
