I buy range fed beef at Gelson's or Whole Foods. Gelson's sells Argentine beef
which I believe is totally grass fed. It is very different in flavor and
dramatically lower in fat than grain fed. I haven't asked about the suet
although I will. Whole Foods sells New Zealand beef which I also believe is
grass fed.
