Should be a food that makes damage repair possible, and causes no harm
such as high blood sugar/insulin resistance etc.

The only food I know that fits that requirement is raw fat meat, like a
3-hour dried fatty porterhouse steak.

When I consulted the master faster, Dr. Bernarr, he approved of breaking
the fast with such raw meat. BTW he does not approve of extended fasts -
says that denying hunger is actually starving, and makes your body
digest it's own muscles. Makes sense to me.
