That was a little brusque, wasn't it?  I mean, it's not like the book has
been on everyone's "must-read" list for a long time and people who should
know better have been ignoring it!  Many folks on this list are only just
receiving their copies, and immediately there was criticism about the tone
of the book, geared (it would seem) toward a popular audience rather than
people already following a paleo approach, so I should think questions
about it at this stage would be quite reasonable.
