whenever there are more than 400 lines. To turn on this feature, put this
command in a message body:

Yes. A subscription can also be sent to nomail. To turn this on, send in
the command:

set paleofood nomail

When you are back, and want to receive messages again, then send in one of
these:

set paleofood mail
set paleofood digest
