How does one lower cortisol levels?

I would eliminate as much stress from my life as possible. This includes the
music I listen to, food I eat, company I keep, etc. Of course paleo is the
given when it comes to food. Exercise should be of a relaxing nature.
Yoga, ballet, walking in nature, slow moving pilates, never overtrain, clean
water, great sleep. It's a no brainer. It's all about hormones. Meditation
and self hynosis is also great because of the focus on breathing and
stilling the mind. Getting a deep tissue massage is also wonderful. The
benefits are outstanding when you apply the remedies. Oliva
