A study done in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada showed that school children who
spent their school day under "full spectrum" fluorescent lights not only
did not develop any of the expected number of cavities in teeth, but the
wee brown spots on teeth that normally become cavities disappeared.
Heard on the CBC radio program "Quirks and Quarks" some years ago.
Looks like adequate sunlight is necessary for health.
