Not quite.  There are a few dairies who don't use them, including the dairy
where I worked as a kid.  They don't make yogurt, but they do bottle every
milk you can imagine (except unpasteurized, which you can't sell in
Virginia) and even make their own ice cream.  Has anyone ever found a yogurt
without growth hormones in a health food store?  If memory serves, Ben &
Jerry's uses hormone-free milk and cream.  There's got to be SOMEBODY out
there doing the same with yogurt.
