Are the Hawai'ian(s) (by location) all aware of the grass-fed beef avaliable on the big island?  It's called Kealia and here's the web site:

I just bought 53 lbs. from them and it was GREAT.  Price was good too.  I intend to buy more.  I have no affiliation with them except for having fixed their cash register (don't ever tell anyone, in casual conversation, that you are a computer programmer for a living).
