Regardless of the verbiage, I, too, suspect that there is no black and
white on the adaptation/tolerence issue. Evolution is always a trade-off
not a Perfection. Considering the loop our species has thrown natural
selection as reagrds nutrition in the last few thousand generations, I very
much doubt that we are truly adapted to _anything_ anymore--cooked, raw,
wild, farmed, organic, commercial, dairy, grain, whatever. Everyone has to
find what works for them.
