Dave, if you want to avoid flame wars you should rather concentrate your
efforts on keeping trolls and provocateurs like Bernarr who have nothing
to contribute but demagogy and hot air from posting to the list in the
first place.  You might find less of an urge to run to the defense of loony
extremists from the dietary and ideological fringe every time their
big mouths get them into trouble, if you would expand your diet to
include some foods cooked.  Try it - it worked for me. :)

Why not cut to the chase and put the whole list on review?  That way
you can prevent that anybody ever gets to say anything negative or
offensive about Bernarr. :)
