What you saw was not the Vilhjalmur Stefansson book. It was a more recent
book of the same title.

You can order out of print books on Amazon.com, but it takes a few weeks.
 If you do a net search on "rare books" you will also find a consortium
of rare book dealers, one of which is sure to have it in stock for
immediate shipment.  Stefansson books are considered colector items, but
as "Fat of the Land" was one of his most popular titles, it can be had
for about $30.
