Hi Moira and everybody,

>Maybe there is some grass fed beef available somewhere in Canada?

On my latest search I found Hills Foods Ltd: http://www.hillsfood.com
The only guaranteed wild (no grains) animals are wild Arctic Caribou,
alligator and muskox!
The beef is certified organic. What does this mean? Can organic cows be fed
grains?

I have a smoked turkey drumstick from IGA Stores and some smoked cod from
Safeway. Could these possibly be paleo? I am apprehensive.

All the best and thank you,
Susan
