Justin, I couldn't agree with you more. The diet I have been on, paleo
and one food per meal, is the best one I have ever found. I feel the
best ever, my health is improving and my doctors are amazed and pleased.
I'm sure it won't work for everyone but I think it will work for some
who are like me. That is why I posted about it some time back. Diet is a
great individual experiment and it helps to get ideas to try from
others. It also helps to look at populations to see how their diet
relates to their health and well being. I owe a debt of gratitude to
this list and to Ray for all of the information and ideas so I can
conduct my experiment.
