no only from experiences of peoples like me eating an instinctive diet (
anapsology) eating foods in their natural state ( no cooking,  mixing ,
seasonning etc ... raw , undenatured )

i don't have any experience with the white tail deer only the black tail (
and they don't get very fatty anyway here west coast of bc ) is it true of
all fats from the deer or only certain parts . ? i personally love the fats
behind the eyes
