Rare meat "sits" well in my stomach and "feels lighter". Meats cooked at
low temp or stewed; depends on the meat. I'm not big on pork but a pork
roast that is slow cooked is edible but only if I feel like eating pork,
which is not often..... The determining factor is what my sense tells me I
want at the time as to what and how it is prepared. Oliva
