Oliva > Agreed Jim, ideal for muscle building but paleo man didn't hang
out and do superslow reps.

Of course, he didn't lift weights at all.  But this fact we know: The
more intense the exercise, the greater the results of that exercise. 
Originally designed for the elderly, Superslow is simply a means of
reducing injury-causing momentum.

Be interested in finding out offline why you don't like it.
