Greetings,
I recall my first couple of weeks being rather difficult as well. In fact I
often describe it as "being pulled through a knothole". In the end it has
been great though... my blood pressure has returned to normal, my migraines
went away, my back problems vanished, I lost 40 pounds and my wife lost 135
pounds.

Eventually the addictions drop away and it all gets a great deal easier. In
fact I now shop at Sam's club where I can get bulk meat and veggies and
rarely ever go to the regular supermarket anymore. :-)

Good luck and glad to see you here.
