i don't know the exact figure of fat in kangaroo, but taking your figure of
100 grams of kidney suet, that's a good amount for one day.  Add 600 grams
of meat and you could live on that indefinitely [from the point of veiw of
macronutrients anyway - add liver for extra vitamins].  This would
constitute a perfect paleo food, and that's not including any fat from
marrow or brain.   If you wanted more fat, just kill another one, there's
zillions of them and they are relatively easy to hunt.   As the various
northern cold weather  cultures show you can live without carbs, but you
can't live without fat.   If you remember this thread was started because of
your hilarious statement that tubers were the perfect paleo food.  Where are
your fabled Tuber Tribes who exemplify this?  Or are you suggesting that you
know more than what aborigines were able to work out in 10,000 years of
survival?
