I would agree - since cooking is a proven way to kill
harmful bacteria.

Also:
* claims of significant nutritional benefit of raw meat over
  properly cooked are dubiuos
* eating raw meat is not more "paleo" than eating cooked meat -
  in fact one could claim the opposite
