This sounds like esophagitis with the gases penetrating the myocardium and
causing the pain.  Although, I'm surprised you didn't have a stepped up
pulse with it.....  Have you eaten meat and fruit together?  Do you lie down
after eating and is there the possibility of a hiatal hernia?  Any unusual
stress the past couple of months, a death in the family, etc.?    Oliva
