How could they thrived without adrenals ? i have been told that without
cortisone more than few hours in the blood stream humans are dead . could it
be different for cats ,did they still had some adrenal function or   did
they had access to cortisone in their foods ( adrenal glands from slaughter
house)   ?

very important for me who doesnt have functionning adrenal cortex .
